Approve Drainage Easement from Pine Ridge Plantation Owners Association, Inc. to the School Board of Clay County, Florida (Revised)
Issue/Rationale
Transfer of ownership of the road right-of-way to the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) and the retention ponds east of the road to the developer (Pine Ridge Plantation Owners Association, Inc.). An easement will be necessary to continue drainage of school property into the drainage ponds.
Recommended Action
Approve the form of a drainage easement conveying drainage rights from Pine Ridge Plantation Owners Association, Inc to the School Board of Clay County.
